Most standard doors are on a 3 – 4 week turnaround, some doors can take 6 – 7 weeks and we aim to install within 1 week of the doors arriving. We hold a large selection of common doors in stock and we can normally cater for emergency situations where there is a security risk.

Most of our doors have a 10 year warranty, most motor units have 5 years warranty, which is explained in each relevant brochure.
Yes, we can repair most types of garage door; most doors have a name on which helps us identify what make of door it is. If you know what is wrong with it we can help you. Please contact us, or email some pictures which will help.
We always take the old door out and away unless our customers say otherwise.

Yes, we stock most common spares and most spares are available to be sent to you directly, or alternatively we can offer an on-site repair service.
Yes, if there is a problem, or if you have forgotten how to override the door in a power cut , give us a call – if we can’t help over the phone we will get out to you as soon as we can.
We can normally get out to you very quickly, mostly it is the same day, but if we are unable to reach you we can help by either assisting you over the phone or putting you in touch with somebody who can.
This is a common problem nowadays, and we have quite a few options to help in this situation including more width, more length and more height, including altering brickwork, removing central pillars where there are 2 single sized doors and convert into one large door.
Although most doors look the same, there are quite a few different sizes. The best way is to contact us with your brick-to-brick measurements and give us some idea of the design, and colour, then we can give you an estimate.

Yes, we carry out free site surveys followed by a free quotation for new doors.
All of our automatic doors have a manual override so that you can open the door if there is a power cut. If you have no second access to the garage we install an external lockable override. We can also supply a battery backup which will open the door even in a power cut.
Almost! We can supply all doors to any RAL colour and some BS colours.
Yes, our surveyors carry RAL colour charts, and have standard colour samples.
No, all remote controls are independently coded with a unique code, with modern technology they are further protected from cloning by rolling code or Bi-Secure technology.
All doors nowadays have high security options and some doors have been LCP approved. As every requirement is different we would suggest that you contact us to discuss further.
Yes, we offer matching side doors and front entrance doors – contact us for more details.
Our normal opening hours are 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However the phone will still be answered outside of these hours.
Yes, we do a lot of insurance work – we hold a large range of common doors in stock and can react very quickly.
